We ask you to send us a drawing or sketch of the manifold you are requesting. In this RFQ please make sure to include the dimensions, material type, finish requirements, quantity, and drawing if available. The more information you can send upfront the quicker our team of engineers can get started on turning your vision into reality. - Design and Engineering
Once we have the necessary information, our engineering team will create a custom design that meets your specifications. We use advanced design software and engineering principles to ensure the manifold conforms to the customer’s drawing specifications. Sales will then send over a quote to the customer based on engineering’s design. - Order
Once an order is received for the custom manifold our engineering team will create an approval drawing for final approval from the customer before we begin the manufacturing process. - Manufacturing
After finalizing the design, our skilled manufacturing team begins the production process. Using 304 or 316L stainless steel, C22®, AL6XN®, or C276 super alloys, along with advanced manufacturing techniques, we ensure that each manifold is produced to the highest standards of quality and precision. - Testing and Quality Control
Before shipping your custom manifold, we conduct thorough testing to ensure it meets all required specifications and safety standards. Our quality control team checks every detail to ensure your manifold is built to last and adheres to the specifications outlined in the approval drawing. - Delivery and Support
